  • American bars are an integral part of our history and our everyday lives. From the beginning of America they were a meeting ground for our fore fathers to contemplate independence, freedom, and our basic human rights. They provided safe haven for people to interchange new thoughts, relax in a safe and friendly atmosphere, and discuss events happening throughout their communities.

Today they are a place where we go to meet our friends, find new friends, and take a break from the daily stress and grind of life. We enjoy the atmosphere, appreciate the workers that make coming in a joy, and look forward to discover what we may encounter there each day. We converse about current events, politics, the weather, and mostly our favorite sports.

People from all over the world, from all religions, varying ages, and viewpoints as diverse as the North and South poles come together in a unified environment to enjoy the fun and serenity of an American bar. The ideal of the Untied Sates becoming the melting pot of the world in the early 1900's has grown into reality inside the four walls of this institution.

We provide moral support and words of encouragement for our friends in time of need. We celebrate the good times and express our grief in times of despair. Most importantly, when things look bleak we all bond together to provide a helping hand. We believe in our community, our friends, and their friendship.

Why are we celebrating American bars? Because each and every one of us has had the opportunity to walk through the door of our local bar and experience all of these emotions, truly one of the great pleasures in life. For all of this we are blessed and thankful.
